The AASHTOWare Project Bid Files and Bid Amendment files are the official bid files for use by authorized primary bidders in the preparation and delivery of their bids. These files are also available at the Bid Express website for its subscribers. The bidder is advised to download the original AASHTOWare Project Bid File and all Bid Amendment Files to ensure a successful bid. When provided, the CBMPP and the Earthwork Files are a courtesy to assist the bidder in preparing the bid, however, no representation is made concerning the accuracy or thoroughness of these files. The Plans and Proposals are presented for general information purposes and are not to be used in preparing your bid.
