A MANDATORY pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at the Alabama Department of Transportation, North Region Office; 1525 Perimeter Parkway; Suite 400; Huntsville, AL 35806 Any qualified bidder wishing to bid this proposal is required to have a company representative present at this MANDATORY pre-bid conference. Proposals issued to bidders who fail to attend the MANDATORY pre-bid conference and/or register their attendance will be voided and their bids will not be received nor considered.
