The Transportation Letting live audio usually begins between 10:00 and 10:30 on Letting Day. For a list of the letting dates, please refer to the Tentative Letting Schedule page link as found on the Project Letting Page on the ALDOT web site.

We have changed from providing a live stream of the letting audio, to a listen-only teleconference using WebEx. Making this change allows you to listen in via any device (Windows or IOS).  Also you may connect using your telephone or smartphone but long distance / airtime rates will apply based on your phone plan. 

To Connect from a phone

• Dial 1-415-655-0002
• Enter the Meeting Id and password as consecutive numbers. Spaces have been added for readability. End both entries with the "#" (as shown).
• Enter the Meeting ID: 249 564 08020#
• Enter the Meeting Password: 7567 7939#

To connect using a Smartphone  *- (This enters the information above for you but will only work with a smartphone.)
